Hi Everyone,

Thanks for visiting our page. The Oval Committee has done, and is planning to do a lot of work and welcomes anyone who would like to lend a hand. If you are interested in helping on the Oval Committee please feel free to come along and meet the team.

Completed Projects:  Shade Sails for the outdoor gym and playground, a Front Fence, Sealed Carpark, Tree Plantings, a BBQ and Shelter.

Up Coming Projects: The Oval Committee has been applying for funding to complete, Drinking Water at the Oval, a second BBQ, a 3 Phase Power upgrade, and improvements to the Pavilion building.

Our Biggest Project, and most complex, is the Collector Oval Redevelopment Project. This includes replacement of invasive poplars along the southern boundary with vegetation to provide an all year round screen from the highway, reshaping the current surface so to provide space for summer and winter field sports and importantly, not to pool water at the southern end of the playing surface. It will also include comprehensive irrigation and resowing with ‘sports grass’.
